Our history
It all began in 2021, when we - Caroline & Thierry - fell in love with the Gers at first sight: its gentle hills, starry skies, and that sense of calm you can't find anywhere else.
With our two grown-up sons Andréas and Maxence, we were driven by the desire to create a place that felt like home, and so we came up with Camathian Insolite - Les Cottages de Sarrant:
a cocoon nestled in the middle of the forest, designed to help you slow down, breathe and reconnect.
After a career working with the elderly, Caroline has reinvented herself through this project, cultivating the art of caring in a new way.
Thierry, with 25 years in the hotel business and now a passionate builder, puts his heart and soul into the project.
Our 3 cabins - Gaïa, Asteria and Blooma - are bubbles of nature, comfort and emotion.
A project born from the heart, for all those who want to relax, take a breather... and marvel.
